Andee Morgan fulfilled her lifelong dream of moving to Charlottetown in 2023 and is proud to call Ward 4 home. Raised by her great-grandmother, Andee learned early that community means showing up for one another—a value that continues to guide her life and work.

A fluently bilingual public-sector leader, Andee has held leadership positions at ACOA and BC’s Public Guardian office, leading teams, projects, and program improvements. She holds a Master’s in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor's degree from Mount Allison, and has served as a union shop steward.

Creative and light-hearted by nature, Andee is a lifelong lover of the arts, theatre, and improv, a passion that has taken her across Canada as a performer. She brings collaboration and community spirit to everything she does.
